Item #1: Disappointing News
In 2023, MAFA lawyers sued several parties involved in the administration of a COVID vaccine to a nonverbal 5-year-old child without parental consent at the childâs school. This episode was particularly egregious since the doctor who delivered the jab was the family pediatrician and had been told by both parentsâseveral timesâthat none of their children would be getting the COVID jab. Their children had received other vaccines; the parents just would not consent to the COVID vaccine.
As expected, we lost in the lower courts, which ruled that the doctor was covered by the PREP Act, and also noted that the child was not injured by the vaccine. We appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. We were encouraged by the fact that the Supremes requested additional information from the defendants, and also that the case was scheduled for review. Unfortunately, the case was denied certiorari by the Supreme Court. This means our case will not be heard by the Supreme Court, and the decisions of the lower courts stand: the PREP Act allows a doctor to vaccinate and/or treat a minor child without the permission of a parent or guardian. A doctor can do this EVEN IF the parents have made clear to the doctor that they DO NOT WANT their child to be treated or vaccinatedâas long as there is a declared âemergency,â and a vaccine or therapeutic available to prevent or treat the disease for which the emergency was declared.
Itâs important for you to know how this will impact you, your children, grandchildren, and even elderly members of your family over whom you think you have medical power of attorney:
A person covered by the PREP Act (a doctor, nurse, or other health professional)
can willfully and intentionally physically force children and adultsâover their objectionsâto receive a vaccine (like the COVID vaccine) or treatment; and such a person has no liability and cannot be sued as long as there is no immediate serious physical injury or death;
A person covered by the PREP Act can willfully, knowingly and intentionally deceive people through misrepresentation into being injected with vaccines, or given treatments; and such a person has no liability provided no serious injury or death can be proven.
Are you outraged? We are. Are you terrified? You should be. This could happen to you or a family member the next time there is a public health emergency. Think there wonât be one? Think again. COVID was not a one-off. Powerful people are counting on the fact that most people have stopped paying attention to any of this, and they are busy planning the next debacle. Which brings me to the next news item âŚ
Item #2: Interest in bird flu continues to increase.
According to a new paper, there is an unprecedented rise in bird flu-related research. The authors expect that this âaccelerated growthâ will continue and likely double by 2030. Bird flu is now one of the fastest-expanding areas of pathogen research worldwide. (1)
The authors write that 2018 was a tipping point due to several developments, including:
The launch of âOne Healthâ â a WHO/UN pandemic coordination plan.
The rollout of avian influenza vaccination programs in China, which increased interest in bird flu.
Increases in U.S. government contracts related to bird flu.
The authors state that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) leads the world in bird flu and One Health research, followed by the WHO and EcoHealth Alliance. Thanks to MAFA lawyers, EcoHealth is out of business, but the CDC and the WHO are very much alive and well.
The authors emphasize âbiosecurity,â interdisciplinary cooperation,â and âOne Healthâ integration.â This is public health-speak that means a disciplined, coordinated, and uniform response to the next pandemicâreal or manufactured. Sort of like the response to COVID. Actually, exactly like the response to COVID.
The U.S. is already busy preparing. A new internal document from the National Emerging Special Pathogens Training and Education Center, dated October 15 2025, explains how the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will distribute federal money to 75 U.S. hospitals to convert them to âLevel 2 Special Pathogen Treatment Centers.â Each is eligible to receive $500,000. The stated purpose: âaccelerate the domestic health care systemâs readiness for [high-consequence infectious diseases], such as H5N1, Ebola, and others.â (2)
The document specifically mentions H5N1 influenza (bird flu)as a top threat:
âThe emergence and sustained transmission of HCIDs, such as Ebola, mpox, and avian influenza (H5N1), have overwhelmed hospitals, exhausted critical resources, and underscored the necessity for coordinated efforts to protect health care workers while ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.â
The document also links disease control directly to national security, stating that infectious disease is a threat to âthe nationâs health, economy, and national security.â It emphasizes the need for âenhanced biosecurity frameworks, robust clinical readiness, and surge capacity across hospitalsâŚâ And it states that the government âhas demonstrated its critical role in strengthening national health security by coordinating National Special Pathogen System responses to novel respiratory pathogens, mpox, and Lassa fever.â
Gosh, I thought that now that RFK is head of DHHS, our problems were solved and I could go back to my normal life!
Conclusion: Behind the scenes, the U.S. government, its health agencies, and medical systems are gearing up for the next COVID-type, manufactured disaster. Remember when the COVID debacle began? After some of us who were still capable of rational thinking recovered from the initial shock, we discovered that non-profits, NGOs, health agencies, universities, and governments had been planning the COVID debacle for a very long time. We just did not know about it until March 2020. They are doing this again. And this time we know about it. The question is ARE WE GOING TO DO ANYTHING PROACTIVE ABOUT IT??????? Or sit back and wait until disaster strikes again.
Which brings me back to the Supreme Courtâs recent decisionâŚ
What can we do in response to the Supreme Courtâs decision?
We can find another similar case in a differentâand potentially more friendlyâ jurisdiction and start the process all over again, structuring the new case with different legal arguments. It wonât be hard to find oneâthis type of egregious behavior takes place every day. The only problem? We do not have enough money to do it. We have great lawyers who have been working together for almost five years. They are talented and dedicated and working for less than 15% of what they normally would be paid. They have scored considerable wins on our behalf. Theyâd like to continue â but itâs up to us to make this happen.
Iâll share my point of view on this, for whatever itâs worth. During the almost 50 years of my professional life I have never been involved with any major undertaking that went well from the start to the finish. There were ups and downs and disappointments and restarts and then persistence almost always paid off. I vote that we buckle down and follow through on the commitments we made in 2020. We start tribes, we raise money, and we file MORE lawsuits, not less. Are you in? Are you with us? Letâs recommit and do it!
